The report highlights the company's progress toward its sustainability goals in 2020. The company set out a Net Zero Carbon Routemap which outlines how it will achieve Net Zero carbon emissions by the end of 2030. It also detailed its commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and how its business strategy is aligned with them. The report includes a materiality assessment which identified 12 key areas that are most material to the company's business strategy, including Integrity, ED&I, and Net Zero carbon emissions. The report also showcases various case studies highlighting the company's achievements in areas such as energy, water, transport, materials, health, pollution, climate, biodiversity, diversity, community, human rights, and integrity.
