The report documents AGL's long-term vision of a sustainable AGL and how the company has considered and addressed the challenges relating to ongoing sustainability that the company has faced during 2009/10. The report includes a new framework within which AGL will report its performance as a sustainable business. Twelve strategic indicators of success have been established that will allow stakeholders to track performance over time. All of the activity and initiatives within the business will contribute towards improvement in one or more of these 12 indicators. Importantly, visions have been set for each of these indicators, demonstrating the attributes of the company AGL wishes to be over the longer term.
