The report presents the financial, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance of Aker Horizons and its portfolio companies for 2021, focusing on the Company's planet-positive investments, renewable power and emissions reduction. Aker Horizons' net asset value stood at NOK 16.9 billion at the end of 2021, up from NOK 12.8 billion on 1 February 2021, when the Company was listed. In 2021, the Company launched the HEGRA green ammonia project, matured the Aukra project, and commenced work on the first carbon capture project for a cement facility. Aker Horizons also joined the UN Global Compact, the Principles for Responsible Investment, the Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change (IIGCC), the Net Zero Asset Managers Initiative, and the Science Based Targets initiative.
