The report highlights Cromwell Property Group's significant progress in its ESG journey, encompassing a comprehensive scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions inventory covering upstream and downstream activities, including tenant activities; funds under management; joint ventures; and embodied carbon sources. Cromwell has also initiated an electrification upgrade at its McKell building in Sydney's CBD and released its Group Sustainable Finance Framework, culminating in its endorsement of the UN Principles for Responsible Investing (UN PRI). In addition, Cromwell has further reduced its gender pay gap to 24% at the end of FY23 from 43% in FY21 and launched the Respect@Cromwell framework in Australia, which prioritizes the prevention and early intervention of sexual harassment. Cromwell also demonstrated a commitment to community engagement by supporting over 20 community organizations worldwide through volunteering and donations.
