The report documents DMCI's initiatives in supporting its people, customers, and communities through the second year of the pandemic, 2021. It covers the company's Economic, Social, and Governance (ESG) contributions and impacts, complementing the DMCI Annual Report for 2021, which focuses on financial performance. Key highlights from the year include achieving all-time highs in revenue and core net income, demonstrating the soundness of the pandemic recovery plan and business portfolio. DMCI Holdings and its subsidiary, Semirara Mining and Power Corporation (SMPC), were also included in Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI), a reference index that measures gender equality across five pillars: female leadership and talent pipeline, equal pay, and gender pay parity, inclusive culture, sexual harassment policies, and pro-women brand. The report also details DMCI's contributions to the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the various programs it implemented throughout the year in support of the environment, social development, and economic growth.
