DEWA expanded its efforts in promoting sustainability with initiatives such as the 'My Sustainable Living' program for residential customers, the 'Dubai EV Community Hub' website to boost EV adoption, and the implementation of the 'Soqoor' programme to speed up project approvals and save time for contractors and consultants. DEWA also continued to invest in its employees through training and development programmes, fostering a culture of innovation and achieving a world-class customer experience.
