Illinois Tool Works Inc (ITW) 2013 CSR Report

The report highlights ITW's progress on corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives in 2013. The company reinforced its commitment to high standards in CSR, including governance and ethics, diversity and inclusion, worker safety and health, environmental responsibility, and the general well-being of its people and communities. ITW's key accomplishments for the year included the launch of the ITW David Speer Academy, a new STEM-focused charter high school in a previously underserved neighborhood of northwest Chicago.
