Illinois Tool Works Inc (ITW) 2020 CSR Report

The report highlights ITW's commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) in 2020. The company continued its efforts to make progress on the key elements of its CSR strategy, focusing on its governance & ethics, people, communities and environment. ITW's ""Do More"" agenda was created to support inclusive economic growth and opportunity, including programs and partnerships to improve access to a high-quality education and meaningful long-term employment opportunities for people of color. ITW also expanded its investment in renewable energy in 2020, and committed to reducing its combined Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions per U.S. dollar of operating revenue by 40 percent below 2017 levels.
