The report is Musgrave Group's third environmental report and charts the company's progress in 2002 and 2003. It covers the company's environmental and social performance in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Great Britain. The report is in accordance with the GRI's 2002 guidelines and is the world's first report completed using this framework. Musgrave Group is the first Irish company to sign the UN Global Compact, which is a worldwide initiative of the UN Secretary General, Kofi Annan, that promotes nine principles covering environmental and social policy.
