The report details Qube's sustainability strategy and performance on material sustainability issues, as well as Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions data in accordance with the National Greenhouse and Energy Report (NGERs) Scheme. The report highlights the company's achievements in safety, wellbeing, planet, opportunity and performance, including a 16 per cent reduction in the Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) compared with FY22, with a result of 0.63 per million hours worked, as well as investments in fleet upgrades and a new employee reward and recognition program. The report also outlines the company's approach to modern slavery, human rights and community engagement, and provides information on the company's decarbonisation plan, including the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures.
