The report outlines Select Harvests' key focus areas, 2020 performance and outlook in three sustainability platforms: Planet, People and Profit. Key achievements include a 23% reduction in total recordable incidents, a 27.5% reduction in Scope 2 emissions and a net profit after tax of $25.0 million. In addition, Select Harvests commenced two collaborative trials with the CSIRO (Adelaide) and Ag Victoria on better waste management and waste recycling strategies in almond growing, and improving nitrogen management strategies in almond growing. The company continues to explore opportunities for expansion into new markets, crops, brands and greenfield developments.
