Societatea Nationala de Gaze Naturale Romgaz SA 2023 Sustainability Report

The report presents the non-financial indicators for the January 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023 period for Romgaz and its subsidiaries, including Depogaz. The report was largely determined by stakeholders who actively participated in the identification of material issues. The structure and content of the report are aligned with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards. The report also complies with legislative requirements stipulated by the Orders of the Public Finance Ministry and was published no later than 6 months after the end of the financial year. It informs employees, stakeholders, and partners on all relevant issues and is a tool for national and European legislative compliance on sustainability reporting.
