The report includes a materiality assessment that identified seven material topics for the company: supply chain management, energy conservation and carbon reduction, talent development, compensation and benefits, customer relations, business performance, and information security management. Tailyn also implemented various initiatives to address climate change risks and opportunities, including the development of a climate risk plan, the integration of climate-related financial disclosures into the Company's overall risk management framework, and the setting of reduction targets for greenhouse gas emissions.
