The company also highlights the completion of the Jimah East Power Plant, which has a capacity of 2 x 1,000MW and utilises Ultra-Supercritical Coal-Fired (USC) technology for cleaner, more efficient operations, and the opening of a new subsidiary, TNB Power Generation. TNB also expanded their renewable energy efforts and committed to a 1,700MW capacity target by 2025, while investing in digitalisation and enhancing services through their pilot NFCP project in Jasin, Melaka.
