The report describes Zijin Mining's environmental, social, and governance (""ESG"") practices and performance in 2021. The report covers all companies whose operations are under the actual operational control of the Company (hereinafter ""subsidiaries""). It was prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards (core) framework, the Sustainable Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Standards and the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), and the ""China Corporate Social Responsibility Report - Corporate Social Responsibility Preparation Standard CASS-CSR4.0 - General Mining Industry"" of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. The report was verified by an international independent third-party verification agency - TÜV SÜD Certification and Testing (China) Co., Ltd. Shanghai Branch in accordance with the AA1000SE and AA1000ASv3 assurance principles.
