Overview

The report presents Kumba's 2024 sustainability performance across safety, climate, water stewardship and community development. Safety performance improved, with a group fatality count of zero and lower injury frequency rates. Scope 3 emissions were reported at 57.0390 MtCO2, while total energy consumption fell to 7.084 Million GJ. Kumba supplied 17,526 ML of water to the broader Northern Cape region and both Sishen and Kolomela achieved IRMA 75 performance.
