SustainabilityReports.com provides access to a database of corporate sustainability reports, integrated reports, and annual reports. We aggregate publicly available documents and provide search, download, and data services to researchers, investors, and the general public.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use automated systems to download reports in bulk without authorization, redistribute downloaded reports commercially without permission, attempt to circumvent any access restrictions, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The reports available on our platform remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers. Our platform, including its design, features, and original content, is owned by SustainabilityReports.com. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.
6. Download Limits & Fair Use
Free accounts are subject to daily download limits. Premium subscriptions provide extended access. Automated bulk downloading is prohibited without explicit authorization. We monitor usage patterns to ensure fair access for all users.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of reports in our database. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in the documents we host.
8. Limitation of Liability
SustainabilityReports.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
